Vivek Vikram C

Vivek is a student at McNair Academic High School in Jersey City.

Vivek is strongly committed to creating a cyber-ecosystem that fosters knowledge sharing, connections, and creativity.  He aspires to make a meaningful impact on teens worldwide as New Jersey ambassador for  SafeTeensOnline, a teen-run nonprofit. In a world where cyber security is more critical than ever, Vivek aims to use his personal experiences and skills to enhance online safety for the future leaders of our generation. He has won international STEM awards for his research on safe digital participation and mental health for teenagers.

Outside his academic life, he enjoys coding (software development and web design), competitive chess, taekwondo, ping pong, and soccer.

He is passionate about giving back to the community through his interests such as raising funds for cancer research through Charity Chess, teaching taekwondo to kids with disabilities, and teaching kids in Africa.
